Return Policies

Retail Returns:

CGP will refund your online purchase providing books and charts and other products are in sellable condition, and CDs, Videos, and DVDs have not been opened. Any imperfect products will be replaced or we will credit your account.

Please enclose your packing slip and a short note confirming which product you want returned. Charges for shipping returns are not refundable.
